Multi Trade Operative - London

Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across London and England.

They are currently recruiting for multi-trade operatives to work on commercial fit out projects around London.

Main Duties:

  • Demolition, Carpentry, Drylining, Painting & Decorating
  • Experience carrying out maintenance tasks on commercial projects.
  • Working in live environments

Requirements:

  • Contactable references
  • CSCS Card
  • DBS Check - Basic (will be completed upon appointment if not current)
  • Full British Driving License (preferred but not essential)
  • Happy to work away occasionally (miles & accommodation will be provided)

Job Details:

  • Mon-Fri - OT weekends
  • Rate £180p/d CIS Overtime Rates
  • Standard hours 7:00am-4:00pm
  • Long term work for the right person

    Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across London and deals with very exclusive clients. They are looking for a Project Manager to initially run a large scale office fit out for a new client, and then to work closely with that client to build a relationship and win more fit out projects going forward.
    They are looking for some that is comfortable managing multiple fit-out projects, ideally working in live environments. These projects will range from full office fit outs to smaller, more remedial type work.
    The ideal Project Manager will have:
    • Construction experience managing multiple projects at once
    • Experience handling clients and building relationships
    • Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
    • Excellent written English and paperwork skills
    • DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced (will be completed upon appointment if not current)
    Job details:
    • Start date: ASAP
    • Location: Sites across City of London
    • Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 PAYE
