Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across London and England.
They are currently recruiting for multi-trade operatives to work on commercial fit out projects around London.
Main Duties:
- Demolition, Carpentry, Drylining, Painting & Decorating
- Experience carrying out maintenance tasks on commercial projects.
- Working in live environments
Requirements:
- Contactable references
- CSCS Card
- DBS Check - Basic (will be completed upon appointment if not current)
- Full British Driving License (preferred but not essential)
- Happy to work away occasionally (miles & accommodation will be provided)
Job Details:
- Mon-Fri - OT weekends
- Rate £180p/d CIS Overtime Rates
- Standard hours 7:00am-4:00pm
- Long term work for the right person

- Cable pulling & strip out
- Assisting electricians with lightning installation
- Metal containment including tray, conduit.
- Operating cherry picker & scissor lifts when necessary

- ECS Card & IPAF (3a, 3b)

We are looking for experienced demolition operatives for a high-end residential project based in West Brompton, Southwest London.
Main Duties:
- Soft strip demolition.
- Using kango/breaker and other power tools such as angle grinder.
- Moving materials around site.
- Keeping site clean and general tidying.

- CSCS Card required.
- Hand tools & drill set
