Skilled Labourer

We are looking for skilled labourers with experience for high end residential and commercial projects across West and Central London.

Main Duties:

  • Soft strip demolition
  • Assisting trades
  • Using power tools
  • Loading/unloading materials
  • Cleaning site

Requirements:

  • CSCS Card preferred
  • Relevant UK experience
  • Contactable references

Job Details:

  • Start: ASAP
  • Standard hours 8am-5pm (hours might be different)
  • Long- and short-term roles available
  • Monday to Friday (Weekend work available) - weekly pay
  • Locations: Central and West London
  • Rates between £566 - £650p/w before tax

    Main Duties:

    • 1st and 2nd fix, bits of joinery.
    • Assisting with drylining and ceiling fixing.
    • Working in live environments.

    Requirements:

    • 2x Contactable references.
    • CSCS required.
    • NVQ2 Carpentry & joinery strongly preferred.
    • DBS Check - Basic (will be completed upon appointment if not current).
    • Happy to muck in.
