Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across London and deals with very exclusive clients.
They are looking for a Night Shift Site Manager to work on a project in Liverpool Street. They require someone with experience as a Site Manager working on fit out projects, ideally live environments. The right candidate will be kept on long term with the company as they have a strong pipeline of work.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out projects, ideally in live environments
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
- Proven history of managing teams of trades and labour, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety regulations
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
- Excellent written English and paperwork skills

They are looking for a Site Manager with background in BMS, Electrical or Mechanical systems to support the managers on their projects in Canary Wharf. They require someone with experience as Site Manager working in live environments. The right candidate will be kept on for minimum 12 months with the company as they have a strong pipeline of work.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Site Manager
- M&E or Building Management system experience
- Proven history of reviewing and submitting permits and RAMS
- Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
