Project Manager - Mechanical (Data Centres) | Hemel Hempstead

A leading M&E and commercial fitout contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee mechanical project delivery for data centre clients, with a focus on a key customer in Hemel Hempstead and potential for wider UK travel.

The ideal Project Manager will have:

Have a minimum of 3 years' experience managing commercial fit-out and M&E projects
Lead mechanical project delivery from planning through to completion
Manage client relationships and uphold quality, safety, and commercial standards
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Oversee programmes, identify risks, and ensure contract compliance
Support tender processes and manage project reporting and documentation
Be proficient with MS Project, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite
Hold SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS certification
Be eligible for or able to obtain a DBS check (can be completed later)
