Mechanical Project Manager - Northampton

Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor covering most aspects of the construction industry from M&E to fit out services and deals with very exclusive clients.

They are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager in Northampton with a history of working and completing mechanical and commercial projects, as well as having a very good background in M&E.

The ideal Site Manager will have:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven track record of managing mechanical projects from conception to completion, including design, delivery, and commissioning stages (RIBA).
- Experience in overseeing project timelines, driving milestones, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality installations.
- Solid understanding of project costs, contract terms (JCT contracts), and commercial risk management.
- Experience in managing variations, delays, and extension of time (EOT) claims.
Strong background in mechanical engineering
Proven history in operations with a strong ability to manage projects within budget and meet deadlines
Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
Excellent management and communication skills
