Construction Site Manager - Northampton

Our client, a respected and well-established turnkey services contractor in the construction industry, is looking for a skilled and driven Site Manager to join their team in Northampton.

Specializing in a range of services from M&E to fit-out, they work with high-profile blue-chip clients, offering exciting opportunities for career growth and development.

The ideal Site Manager will have/be:

A minimum of 2 years' experience managing commercial construction projects and overseeing their successful completion.
Strong knowledge and experience in reviewing and submitting permits, RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements), and conducting safety inductions, including toolbox talks.
Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Office, to ensure smooth project management and reporting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to paperwork and documentation.

Certificates & checks required:

SSSTS or SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS
DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced
Financial Check

Start date: ASAP
Location: Northampton
Hours: 7am to 4pm (9hrs)
Salary: £60k PAYE
