Construction Project Manager - Slough - Data Centre
Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor covering most aspects of the construction industry from M&E to fit out services and deals with very exclusive clients.
They are currently looking for an electrical biased Project Manager in with a history of working and completing commercial construction projects, with a rounded knowledge of the processes in Data Centres.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of data centre processes
- Proven history in operations with a strong ability to manage projects within budget and meet deadlines
- Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
- Excellent management and communication skills
Certificates & checks required:
- CSCS & SMSTS
- Temporary Works
- Relevant Mechanical/Electrical qualification
- DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced
- Financial Check
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Slough
- Hours: 7am to 4pm
- Salary: £65 - £75 PAYE Package
