Lead Carpenter - Putney
Our client well established in the high end residential is looking for a Lead Carpenter for ASAP start in Putney. This role is working on the tools and assisting the on-site foreman to manage a small team of trades & labour to drive productivity and ensure quality of work. Rates from £200p/d CIS, 8am-5pm.
Main Duties:
- Managing small team of trades & labour
- 1st fix (plaster boarding, timber framing, flooring etc.)
- 2nd fix (Hanging doors, skirting's, architraves and SASH windows etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience on high spec residential projects
- CSCS Card preferred
- NVQ2 carpentry or City & Guilds preferred
- Must have own full set of tools

Carpenter (PAYE DIRECT) - City of London, Canary Wharf
This is a permanent PAYE position for a Carpenter with fantastic opportunity for training and progression into Supervisor, Site Manager and beyond within an established but growing commercial fit-out company. They offer overtime and weekend work which is paid at x1.5, travel is covered and all benefits of a PAYE contract.
Main Duties:
- Working in live environments
- Maintenance and multi-trading (occasionally)
- 1st and 2nd fix including setting out works, installations of ceilings, drywall/glass partitions etc
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience
- CSCS Card
