Groundwork Foreman - Chelsea

Our client specialises in high end residential refurbishments around Central London.

They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Groundwork Foreman to head up a team to dig a basement for a residential project in Chelsea. The candidate must have experience with underpinning, pouring a slab, rebar and temp works.

The ideal Groundwork Foreman will have:

  • Minimum of 1 year Supervisory/Foreman experience
  • Background in building basements on residential projects
  • Excellent attitude to work

The right candidate will have a history of completing luxury residential refurbishments of single dwellings (not apartments) with a refurb value of £1mil . The project is just under a year long and they always have a pipeline of work so can keep the right person busy ongoing.

    They want a Site Manager that will bring energy, team spirit and comradery to the site to fit in with their current group of lads!

    The ideal Site Manager will have:

    • Minimum of 3 years Site Manager experience working on high end resi projects
    • Experience of completing a project valued at £1mil
    • A Carpentry background

    They are looking for a Working Foreman from a carpentry background to join their team to work on a high end residential refurbishment project in Putney. You will be on the tools 70% of the time and managing for the other 30%. You'll be working closely with a Site Manager to make sure the operatives on site stay productive.

    This is a year long project with a client that has a strong pipeline of work so the right person will be kept busy long term!

    The ideal Working Foreman will have/be:
