Maintenance Handyperson - London

Our client is a high-end residential contractor known for creating and maintaining luxury homes around Central, West and Sout-West London

They are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Handyperson to join their growing team. Your primary focus will be on carpentry with aspects of basic plumbing, electrical work, and decorating. You'll play a key role in keeping their luxury properties in top condition.

Main Duties:

  • Carry out high quality carpentry work, including repairs, installations and modifications
  • Handle basic plumbing tasks
  • Perform basic electrical jobs
  • Working in live environments

Requirements:

  • Contactable references
  • Presentable and professional appearance, with strong customer service skills
  • CSCS Card preferred but not essential
  • A valid UK driving license (0 points preferably)

Job Details:

  • Start ASAP for the right person
  • Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
  • Occasional overtime on weekend and paid on-call duties
  • Earn between £35,000 to £39,000 PAYE direct
  • CIS (self-employed) option available
