We are looking for experienced demolition labourer for high end residential projects based in West, Central and Southwest London.

Main Duties:

  • Soft strip/demo
  • Moving materials around site
  • Keeping site clean and general tidying

Requirements:

  • CSCS Card
  • Relevant experience
  • Contactable references

Job Details:

  • Start: ASAP
  • Standard hours 8am-5pm
  • Long term role
  • Monday to Friday - weekly pay
  • Location: Central West, West and Southwest London
  • Rates between £580 - £650p/w before tax

    Main Duties:

    • 1st fix (plaster boarding, timber framing, flooring etc.)
    • 2nd fix (Hanging doors, skirting's, architraves)

    Requirements:

    • Experience on high spec residential
    • CSCS Card strongly preferred.
    • NVQ2 carpentry or City & Guilds required.
    • Must have own full set of tools.

    Job Details:

    • Locations: Southwest London, Central London
    • Ongoing work
    • 8:00am-5:00pm (hours may vary)
    • Mon-Fri. Some weekends may be available.
