  • Must have own full set of tools

  • 4 weeks work, could be longer
  • 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Mon-Fri. Some weekends may be available

Your main responsibilities will be making sure the office runs smoothly as well as supporting staff both in the office and out on site.   Our client is a high-end residential contractor known for creating and maintaining luxury homes around Central, West and Sout-West London

  They are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Handyperson to join their growing team. Your primary focus will be on carpentry with aspects of basic plumbing, electrical work, and decorating. You'll play a key role in keeping their luxury properties in top condition.

  Main Duties:

  • Carry out high quality carpentry work, including repairs, installations and modifications
  • Handle basic plumbing tasks
  • Perform basic electrical jobs
  • Working in live environments

  Requirements:

  • Contactable references
  • Presentable and professional appearance, with strong customer service skills
  • CSCS Card preferred but not essential
  • A valid UK driving license (0 points preferably)

  Job Details:

  • Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
  • Occasional overtime on weekend and paid on-call duties
  • Earn between £35,000 to £39,000 PAYE direct
