Ganger in Hyde Park Corner, Westminster

We are looking for experienced ganger for a high end commercial project in Hyde Park Corner, City of Westminster.

We guarantee weekly pay!

Main Duties:

  • Supervising a team of labourers
  • Looking after few subcontractors
  • Keeping site clean and general tidying

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience
  • References required
  • CSCS preferred, but not essential
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Job Details:

  • Start: ASAP
  • Standard hours 8am-6pm, 9.5h paid, Saturday & Sunday optional
  • Rates: £13.68p/h CIS, Mon-Fri £649 CIS, Mon-Sat £758 CIS before tax

    Our clients are well established in the high-end residential construction market with projects in Southwest London & Central London. We are looking for experienced 1st & 2nd fix Carpenter, rates from £190p/d CIS.

    We guarantee weekly pay!

    Main Duties:

    • 1st fix (plaster boarding, timber framing, flooring etc.)
    • 2nd fix (Hanging doors, skirting's, architraves)

    Requirements:

    • Experience on high spec residential
    • CSCS Card strongly preferred.
    • NVQ2 carpentry or City & Guilds required.
    • Must have own full set of tools.

    Job Details:

    • Locations: Southwest London, Central London
    • Ongoing work
    • 8:00am-5:00pm (hours may vary)
    • Mon-Fri. Some weekends may be available.
    • Rates from £190p/d CIS
