Buyer - West London
Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and is looking for a Buyer to join their team.
They are looking for a Buyer to join their commercial team and take control of the buying process for all of their projects. You'll be involved from preconstruction to completion managing the supply chain, creating and developing relationships with suppliers and negotiating prices and rates.
This is a great opportunity to play an influential role in a business that works on some of the most spectacular houses in London!
The ideal Buyer will have/be:
- 3 years experience as a Buyer
- Experience using Bluebeam (or similar)
- Strong Numeracy skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Our client is a leading high-end residential construction company based in west London. They are growing their maintenance team and are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. This person will be responsible for managing and supervising day to day maintenance queries of company clients, reporting into the Maintenance Manager.

- Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)
