Recruitment Consultant - Acton

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our close knit temporary team in our office in West London.

We are an Aussie/Kiwi owned company that has been operating for 20 years and have built our reputation on integrity and quality - check out our Google reviews! We operate mainly in the high-spec residential refurbishment and commercial fit-out spaces with a list of loyal, long-standing clients that have secured a strong pipeline of work for 2024 and beyond.

The Role

The role will focus mainly on placing construction trades with an already established list of contractors. This is a fast paced role and the right person will relish the challenge which involves sourcing and placing candidates on assignments and building long term relationships with both workers and clients.

Job Details

Start date: Immediate but also happy to wait for the right person

Location: W3 (Acton), London

Salary: On target earnings £30k - £40k

Experience: Any recruitment consultant or sales experience. Any construction knowledge is beneficial.

    • Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (depending on experience)
