Preconstruction Manager - West London

Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and are looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join their team.

You will be involved in everything from initial project planning, risk assessment and cost estimation. The right candidate will have exceptional problem solving skills coupled with a Project Management background. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is well-renowned in the sector and is looking to grow further.

The ideal Preconstruction Manager will have/be:

  • At least 2 years experience as Preconstruction Manager on residential refurbishment projects
  • A team player
  • Strong Numeracy skills
  • Excellent MSProject and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job details:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: Office - West London, Sites - Central/West London
  • Salary: £60-80,000 per annum
