Senior Project Manager - West London
Our client carries out luxury residential refurbishment projects throughout Central London.
They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Senior Project Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone with a history of managing high end residential refurb projects from £1-8mil and is comfortable overseeing multiple projects and mulitple Site and Project Managers at once.
In this role you will play a key part in making sure projects are delivered successfully and on time, and in doing so boosting the business' already outstanding reputation in the industry.
The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:
- Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience on high end residential refurbishments from £1-8mil
- Ability to run multiple projects at once
- Experience working with exclusive clients and stakeholders

Our client is a leading high-end residential construction company based in west London. They are growing their maintenance team and are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. This person will be responsible for managing and supervising day to day maintenance queries of company clients, reporting into the Maintenance Manager.
The ideal candidate for this role with be/have:
- A basic understanding of Mechanical & Electrical Systems

- Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (depending on experience)
