Job description

Estimator - Hammersmith and Fulham

Our client carries out luxury residential refurbishments and works on projects across Central and West London dealing with very exclusive clients.

They are looking for an Estimator to join the team with experience working on residential refurbishments. There will also be elements of a Buyer role built in so experience in procurement would be ideal. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an already established contractor with a strong pipeline of work and opportunities to progress.

The ideal Estimator will have:

  • Circa 5 years' experience as a Estimator on residential projects
  • Experience in Buying or Procurement
  • Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
