Senior Estimator - West London

Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team.

They are looking for an Estimator to join the team with experience working on high end residential refurbishments. You will spend a lot of time out on site with clients and so must be comfortable in a client facing role. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an already established contractor with a strong pipeline of work and opportunities to progress.

The ideal Estimator will have:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Estimator on high end resi projects
• Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel, Office and Bluebeam.
• Must have management experience, with the ability to lead and oversee project
• Experience in bid management or preparing tender presentations is ideal, with the ability to ensure cost certainty and discuss project pricing during tender meetings.

Job details:

• Start date: 06^th January 2025
• Location: West London (Hammersmith & Fulham)
• Salary: £70-£80,000
