Senior Estimator - West London

Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team.

They are looking for an Estimator to join the team with experience working on high end residential refurbishments. You will spend a lot of time out on site with clients and so must be comfortable in a client facing role. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an already established contractor with a strong pipeline of work and opportunities to progress.

The ideal Estimator will have:

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Estimator on high end resi projects
Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel, Office and Bluebeam.
Must have management experience, with the ability to lead and oversee project
Experience in bid management or preparing tender presentations is ideal, with the ability to ensure cost certainty and discuss project pricing during tender meetings.
